Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Industrial Engineering; Masters preferred.
• 5–10 years in food manufacturing, process improvement.
• Strong KPI reporting and dashboard experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for manufacturing, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and raise productivity.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with production, finance, and HR.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting systems and ERP integration.
