Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage daily operations, coordinate teams, and drive process improvements on-site in Muntinlupa. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a focus on meeting KPIs/SLA across operations.

The candidate should be comfortable with an early morning shift (7AM–4PM) and be prepared to work 100% on-site in Muntinlupa City. Prior experience in stakeholder coordination and performance reporting is a plus.
