Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project management, business support, or similar multi-functional roles.
• Proven track record of improving processes or leading cross-team initiatives.
• Experience working with different departments (operations, HR, customer support, IT, finance) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Analyze workflows and improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
• Lead initiatives that simplify processes and reduce recurring issues.
• Support multiple departments based on business priorities.
• Step into projects or functions that require immediate leadership or structure.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Lead internal projects from planning to execution with defined scopes.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Evaluate tools, systems, and workflows for improvement.
• Recommend automation or system enhancements when applicable.
• Help teams adopt more efficient ways of working.
• Assist leadership in executing special projects and business initiatives.
• Provide insights and reports to support decision-making.
• Take ownership of high-impact tasks across departments.
