How you’ll contribute

• Maintains and affirms that both general and subsidiary ledgers are matched thru proper review, balancing, and monitoring in coordination with sales, branches, MIS, and FINCON to ensure that daily transactions are properly accounted for and prevent audit exceptions.
• Ensures that Promissory notes/Disclosure Statement (PNDS) and other vital documents are prepared, notarized, and transmitted to Custodian and concerned Units within the agreed turn-around-time (TAT) to comply with the agreed SLA.
• Ensures thatrepricing schedules are religiously being monitored and prepared accurately and are being sent to concerned units within prescribed TAT to comply with the agreed SLA.
• Handles processing of consumer loan products based on approved instructions, procedures, and guidelines to book, release proceeds, post payments, and do necessary reconciliation and account of loans within prescribed TAT.
• Maintains timely rediscounting of loans with BSP By ensuring all necessary documents are properly prepared, endorsed, and applied to BSP rediscounting facility, and concerning lending, units are advised accordingly once approved.
