Job summary

768 TP ICAP Management Services Ltd (Philippines Branch) in the Philippines is seeking a diligent MI and Reconciliations specialist to run daily reconciliations and produce MI packs for governance and management.

You will collaborate with Ops, Tech, Risk and Compliance to enhance processes, deliver timely reports, and support senior management with clear, data-driven presentations for strategic decisions. This role requires meticulous data handling and proactive process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficient Excel skills including VBA.
• Alteryx development experience.
• Experience with MI visualization and data presentation.
• Strong presentation of data using MS Office tools.
• Access database experience.
• Knowledge of large-scale financial data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of all BAU tasks (daily reconciliations, MI production).
• Escalation of issues to management in a timely and succinct way.
• Creation and maintenance of team procedures.
• Develop and improve team processes to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Ensure multiple targets and deliverables are met with high accuracy.
• Delivery of high-quality reliable management information and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and senior management to enhance presentation materials.
• Fulfils any additional or ad hoc duties as required.
