Job summary

ICAP Management Services Ltd, Philippine Branch, is hiring for a role focused on running and monitoring internal reconciliations and producing MI packs and dashboards. You will partner with Ops, Tech, Risk and Compliance to enhance reporting, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires strong Excel/VBA, Alteryx, and data presentation skills. The position operates on an EMEA shift initially with three months onsite, then a hybrid model (three days onsite, two days work

Qualifications

• Essential: Proficient Excel skills and VBA.
• Essential: Alteryx Developer experience.
• Essential: Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Essential: Experience with visualising MI and presenting data.
• Essential: Access database experience.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of BAU tasks including daily reconciliations and MI production.
• Escalate issues to management in a timely and succinct manner.
• Create and maintain team procedures.
• Develop and improve processes to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Deliver high-quality, reliable management information and reporting.
