Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking an Operations Planning, Control, and Analytics Officer to formalize policies and procedures for operating malls and to implement new systems that support these policies.

You will create and update documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, observe real-time operations, and drive process improvements, data gathering, and project charters. A 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management is required, with Lean Six Sigma as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical documentation experience.
• Graduate with a 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and update mall operation policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and monitor real-time operations.
• Develop process improvement projects and capture business requirements.
• Plan and schedule the mall's annual 3-day calendar.
• Review sale events and holiday hours against policies.
