Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management (including opening new stores).
• Experience in furniture, mattresses, appliances, or home retail preferred.
• Strong skills in team leadership, sales, inventory management, and cost control.
• Willing to visit sites, handle on-ground concerns, and work weekends when needed.
