Job summary

FGC+ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence for our US-based campaigns. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on building client partnerships while delivering measurable performance and quality improvements.

You will guide daily operations, optimize staffing and scheduling, monitor KPIs, and foster an inclusive, engaging work environment. Evening/night shifts and onsite work in Davao City are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management.
• BPO experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and good track record supporting US-based Clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of client accounts/campaigns while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency, including workforce planning and scheduling.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Provide leadership to a team of customer support staff and team leads, including coaching and mentorship.
