Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as Account/Operations Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong knowledge of Operations Management, forecasting, databases, and project tools
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Solid understanding of BPO performance metrics
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and related software
• Willing to work shifting schedules, onsite in Dumaguete
