Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Campaign Labeling Specialist to coordinate client communications, translate requirements into SOPs for labeling pods, and support regular performance reviews.

You will monitor daily labeling campaign performance, review accuracy and throughput metrics, collect edge cases, conduct spot checks, and assist in project onboarding and SOP maintenance.

This role emphasizes data security, strict process adherence, and contributing to TaskUs’ People First culture.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating client communications and translating requirements into SOPs is preferred.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance and quality with attention to accuracy and throughput.
• Ability to support onboarding, SOP maintenance, and collaboration with staffing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Coordination and Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams regarding daily campaign updates and operational questions. Assist in translating client requirements into clear instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the labeling pods. Participate in regular performance reviews, providing updates on project status, throughput, and basic quality trends.
2. Campaign Monitoring and Quality Support Monitor the daily performance of assigned labeling campaigns to ensure they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Review basic operational metrics (e.g., accuracy scores, throughput, and rework rates) to identify potential bottlenecks or common labeling errors. Help gather examples of "edge cases" or ambiguous data to seek clarification from the client. Conduct spot checks and QA the labeling work being performed.
3. Project Implementation and Resource Support Assist and support the Campaign Intake Process by gathering necessary documentation and assets for new project requests. Assist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and "Gold Sets" (training examples) under the guidance of senior leadership. Assist and coordinate with the staffing team to ensure labeling pods are appropriately supported and that new labelers are onboarded to the specific project requirements.
4. Operational Adherence Ensure labeling teams are following the established Standard Operating Processes (SOPs). Maintain strict adherence to Data Security, Privacy, and Confidentiality protocols for all project data. Promote and model company CORE values within the project teams.
