Job summary

Civet Mktg & Distribution Inc. in Pasig is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation, Commercial and Finance and Administration.

You will drive operational efficiency across multiple project sites, develop strategies to boost productivity, and monitor KPIs with department heads. You will lead Project Execution, Engineering & Technical Management, Warehouse & Inventory, Production, Procurement, Leadership & People

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation, Commercial, and Finance and Administration Departments.
• Ensure operational efficiency across all project sites.
• Develop operational strategies to improve productivity.
• Monitor department performance and operational KPIs.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with department heads.
• Ensure effective resource planning and manpower utilization.
• Resolve operational issues affecting project implementation.
• Oversee all projects from turnover by the Commercial Department until completion.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are available before deployment.
• Coordinate closely with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors.
• Review project progress reports.
• Ensure projects meet client specifications and company quality standards.
• Resolve project bottlenecks immediately.
• Conduct project completion reviews.
• Supervise the Engineering Team in planning and execution.
• Review engineering schedules and workload.
• Ensure technical compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate engineering requirements with Sales and Business Development.
• Support technical problem-solving during implementation.
• Ensure proper documentation of engineering activities.
• Ensure proper inventory management of all materials.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Ensure proper storage and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate logistics schedules for deliveries and installations.
• Monitor transportation efficiency.
• Prevent inventory discrepancies and material losses.
• Recommend inventory improvements.
• Oversee fabrication and production schedules.
• Ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production quality.
• Coordinate production priorities with project schedules.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with Purchasing.
• Review material requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of project materials.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Recommend cost‑saving purchasing initiatives.
• Lead all Operations personnel.

• Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
