4. Resource and Equipment Management

- Monitor equipment usage and coordinate repairs or replacements.

5. Performance Monitoring
- Track worker productivity and attendance.
- Evaluate team performance and recommend training or discipline when required.
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, work progress, and resource utilization.
6. Coordination with Management
- Report daily/weekly operational updates to senior management

9. Administrative Duties
