JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across logistics operations.
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process and system improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational and performance objectives.
