Job summary

Oxford Distributions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across all departments in a dynamic environment. You will manage warehouse activities, inventory, materials, tools, and equipment while addressing employee concerns and ensuring adherence to company policies and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a track record in operations management. You will report to Management and help drive efficiency and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, warehouse, logistics, or related managerial role.
• Experience in managing personnel and coordinating multiple departments.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing procedures, and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concerns.
• Open to Monday to Friday with half-day Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and coordinate across all departments.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Review purchase requests and coordinate purchasing and suppliers.
• Manage deliveries, transportation, vehicles, and logistics.
• Support technical teams with manpower, materials and equipment.
• Monitor operational issues, costs and risks.
• Improve processes and efficiency across the company.
• Report operational concerns to management.
