Job summary

• Experience in telecom, logistics, or service operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
• Supervises, guides, and monitors operational staff and field personnel
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Coordinates with clients, management, and internal departments regarding operational requirements
• Monitors productivity, performance, and attendance of team members
• Prepares and submits operational reports, updates, and documentation
• Identifies operational issues and recommends corrective actions
• Ensures timely completion of tasks, projects, and service deliverables
• Assists in manpower planning, scheduling, and deployment
• Supports training and onboarding of new staff
• Ensures proper use, maintenance, and accountability of company equipment and resources
• Performs other operational tasks as assigned by management
