Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Hub Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at the assigned Driver Hub in the Philippines. The role focuses on onboarding drivers, verifying and activating them, and supporting new site launches and expansions.

You will drive efficiency and growth through data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work on-site to support hub launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, field operations, sales, or related roles.
• Experience in hub/branch/site/logistics, fleet, or high-volume operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned Driver Hub.
• Lead driver onboarding, verification, training, and activation activities.
• Support hub expansion and new site launches, including offsite onboarding programs.
• Improve hub processes and strategies to drive efficiency, activation, and growth.
• Monitor hub performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure hub operational readiness, including manpower, supplies, training, and facilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver hub and expansion initiatives.
