TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, Inc. is seeking an Operations Head to oversee enterprise-wide operational infrastructure, ensuring fiduciary stewardship and governance compliance while optimizing assets and costs.

The role directs strategic controls and executive reporting across service portfolios. You will lead reporting frameworks, gate tariff proposals, and digital governance for Vehicle Monitoring, Asset Utilization, and Revenue Systems, while supervising the Operations Department,

Qualifications

• Executive-level operations experience in the service industry.
• Fiduciary-minded leader capable of scaling and implementing systemic controls.
• Deep expertise in corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and statutory compliance (LTO, TESDA, LGU).
• Advanced strategic negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with executive reporting tools for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct consolidation, analysis, and executive reporting of operational sales metrics across service portfolios.
• Approve and review regional and branch tariff proposals and develop counter-proposals when needed.
• Architect and govern strategic reporting frameworks for corporate sales yield and promotional effectiveness.
• Institute digital governance protocols and controls for all Working Portals (Vehicle Monitoring, Asset Utilization, etc.).
• Govern asset management protocols and oversee transfer, allocation, and mileage auditing of corporate fleets.
• Report to Chief Executive Department and supervise the Operations Department (including Cluster Heads).

About the role

The Operations Head operates in a fiduciary and executive capacity, vested with the authority to direct, govern, and optimize the enterprise-wide operational infrastructure. This role is mandated to ensure that the corporation's strategic objectives are executed with absolute fidelity, maximizing fiscal yields while maintaining rigorous adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance frameworks. The incumbent shall institute systemic controls to mitigate operational liabilities and ensure the judicious allocation and safeguarding of corporate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the enterprise-wide consolidation, analysis, and executive reporting of operational sales metrics across all service portfolios
• Exercise final executive approval and strategic review over all regional and branch tariff proposals, and architect counter-proposals when necessary
• Architect and govern the strategic reporting frameworks for corporate sales yield and promotional efficacy
• Institute and oversee comprehensive digital governance protocols and systemic controls for all Working Portals including Vehicle Monitoring and Asset Utilization, Daily Sales and Revenue Transactions, Issue Resolution and Corporate Concerns, and Physical Equipment Deployment
• Mandate and govern enterprise-wide asset management protocols, directing the documented transfer, equitable allocation, and strict utilization/mileage auditing of all corporate vehicular fleets
• Reports to Chief Executive Department and Supervises the Operations Department (Including the Cluster Heads)

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Entrepreneurship (MBA highly preferred)
• At least 3-5 years of executive-level operations experience in the service industry
• Authoritative, hands-on, and fiduciary-minded leader capable of driving organizational scaling and systemic operational controls
• Deep expertise in corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and statutory compliance, specifically regarding LTO, TESDA, and LGU mandates
• Advanced strategic negotiation skills
• High proficiency in executive reporting tools to leverage systemic data for customer targeting
