You will coordinate across product, marketing, and compliance teams to resolve escalations and support campaign execution, market insights, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing or sales operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Reconciliation: conduct reconciliations for insurance transactions with external partners and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as go-to for operational issues including technical errors and policy processing.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Tech teams to investigate escalations.
• Project & Product Support: lead and support project execution from initiation to closure and evaluations.
• Marketing & Campaign Execution: support end-to-end campaign execution and asset setup to align with objectives.
• Market & Strategy Support: conduct market research to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with Legal and Compliance and external partners to ensure alignment.
