The candidate will monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis, and drive cost savings through process improvements and automation initiatives within a retail framework.

Qualifikationen

• Partner with store operations, merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, and distribution teams to align financial processes with operational goals.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
• Support inventory valuation, account reconciliations, audit requirements, and compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory policies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, including finance automation initiatives, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

The Operations Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the retail business by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and alignment of finance processes with operational objectives. The role provides financial analysis, operational support, and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and other financial transactions to support business decision-making.
• Partner with store operations, merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, and distribution teams to align financial processes with operational goals and improve overall performance.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.

Job Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and retail business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or related applications.
