Job summary

TigerUX in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations and lead a talented finance team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 5+ years finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic planning and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and variance analysis.
• Experience with accounting processes such as general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit procedures relevant to retail or consumer goods industries.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet and financial software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, accounting / ERP systems), with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations is preferred, along with familiarity with inventory and cost control practices.
