2GO Group in Metro Manila is seeking a Project Logistics Coordinator to support multi-modal shipments and complex coordination across borders. You will manage disbursement processes, coordinate with finance, ensure timely payments, and oversee documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or complex shipment coordination.
• Familiarity with project documentation, customs clearance, permits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial disbursement management and MC requests; ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
• Verify supporting documents prior to payment processing; coordinate with Finance and Accounting for proper disbursement of funds.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling and tracking project activities; maintain organized project documentation.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports; highlight risks, delays and issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to project processes and quality standards; identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate project data in systems or databases; generate insights and reports to support decision-making.
