Communicate, plan, and execute port call planning. Provide professional services that meet/exceed Principal/ship masters’ expectations. Establish and maintain relationships with ship owners, charterers, naval operators, and maritime stakeholders. Support commercial initiatives aimed at expanding Port Agency and Logistics services.
Physical attendance onboard ships or sites when necessary, providing on-site coordination of services and deliveries.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments in port regulations, industry and ISS Policies and Procedures.
Ensure all services provided comply with local regulations/guidelines set out by relevant government agencies and ISS Policies/Procedures.
Timely completion of trainings assigned.
Ensure full utilisation of all ISS systems (ONEDA and Optics) according to Standard Operating Procedure.
