Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking the Operations Excellence & Development Head to drive process improvement and operational capability development.

The role leads change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, productivity, and business performance. The position requires strong leadership with a track record in process optimization, training program development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in operations improvement and organizational development.
• Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives and managing budgets.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, MBA or equivalent is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement, standardization, SOP development and BPR initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, turnaround times and productivity performance.
• Drive root cause analysis, process optimization, automation and digital transformation projects.
• Develop training, onboarding, certification and competency development programs.
• Lead cross-functional change management and manage division resources.

Job description

The Operations Excellence & Development Head leads process improvement, operational capability development, and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, productivity, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement, standardization, SOP development, and Business Process Reengineering initiatives.

• Monitor operational KPIs, turnaround times, and productivity performance.

• Drive root cause analysis, process optimization, automation, and digital transformation projects.

• Develop operational training, onboarding, certification, and competency development programs.

• Lead cross-functional change management initiatives and manage the division’s people, budget, and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resource Development, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, organizational development, business transformation, or learning and development.

• At least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.

• Experience in banking, financing, fintech, insurance, or service-oriented industries is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, MBA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
