Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Platform Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, from truck booking to delivery and proof of delivery processing. The role ensures compliance with quality management and distribution guidelines across the regional network.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, with emphasis on performance reviews, cost efficiency, and vendor coordination, in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• OTIF Bucket 4- On time delivery.
• Receiving accuracy (RUD & Trade Returns).
• Dispatching accuracy and truck utilization.
• Coordinate with vendor supervisor to optimize operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting per timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the platform.
• Provide orientations and trainings to third-party service providers.

Purpose of The Role

The Platform Supervisor is responsible for overall day to day operations by overseeing activities from truck booking, receiving, transport planning , delivery of orders to customers, proof of delivery processing, collection, RUD and trade returns processing at Platform aligned to the company mission, vision and core values to ensure achievement of customer fulfillment and service objectives of the company and in compliance with current Quality Management System, RQA on Good Storage and Distribution Practices, RQA on Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices and Diagnostics, and other Regional Guidelines.

What You'll Do

• OTIF Bucket 4- On time delivery
• Receiving Accuracy (RUD & Trade Returns)
• Dispatching Accuracy
• Truck Utilization
• No of Drops per truck
• Coordinates with vendor supervisor
• Operating Expense Efficiency (Actual expense versus budget) truck budget, Vendor Head count.
• Performance Review of Platform Personnel, Training of Platform Personnel Lastmile forwarder, and Vendor.
• Timeliness and accuracy of reports vs agreed timelines.
• cleanliness of the platform and its facilities are properly maintained
• facility is properly maintained by closely working with the Engineering department.
• Conducts necessary orientations and trainings to third-party service providers by scheduling annual refresher courses to reiterate proper handling and preservation of stocks from receipt to delivery of orders to customers.
