Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Communications.
• Experience in business analysis, customer service, finance, or admin.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel), CRM, and email management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to a high volume of emails promptly and professionally.
• Analyze inquiries to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Provide admin and analytical support to sales and operations teams.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate to improve internal communication and response procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to address inquiries and support sales.
• Participate in team meetings and share customer trend updates.
