Job summary

• College graduate in any course.
• Experience coordinating in Retail/Merchandising/Promotions.
• Able to use laptop and MS Office for report creation.
• Able to use Zoom/Meet/Teams for virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
• Promote the clients products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner.
• Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills.
• Compliance to agreed client KPIs.
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives and to the whole team.
• Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings.
• Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets.
• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client.
• Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.
