Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Operations Coordinator for onsite work at Mall of Asia, Pasay City. The role requires coordinating driver groups, managing deliveries, and maintaining customer communications.

You will publish driver jobs, train drivers, and handle inquiries via calls and email while ensuring timely, quality delivery and service. A strong customer service background and English proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Experience in customer service/support is preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with computers and office software.
• Friendly, positive attitude and teamwork oriented.
• Experience with inbound/outbound calls and live chat is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Group and assign jobs to drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up with drivers and provide support for successful deliveries.
• Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the network.
• Train drivers to improve skills and knowledge.
• Make outbound calls to customers to update status and address concerns.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels.
• Handle customer cases and complaints professionally.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with colleagues and teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide feedback on delivery and service process efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with professional support.
