Job summary

WSP Manila Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to maintain operational efficiency and align teams with organisational goals. You will collect data, track KPIs, and generate reports to inform management decisions and monitor performance.

The role supports business performance reporting, training coordination, and project support across multiple functions within WSP’s GCC Manila team of 600+ professionals, delivering projects in Transport, Buildings, and Environment sectors.

• Approved reviewer status audit and review.
• Scheduling of Project Quality Health Checks.
• FTE tracker management.
• Support consistent use of Resource Planner.
• Sales pipeline hygiene management.
• Win/Loss reporting.
• Monitoring client feedback activity.
• Key account performance tracking.
• Support of capability statements and marketing collateral.
• Support of bid collateral library.
• Support of thought leadership content generation and branding initiatives.
• Establishment and maintenance of business unit SharePoint site.
• Tracking of business unit reward and recognition program.
• Support of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strategic initiative tracking and administration.
• Act as a key point of contact to engage with other GCC support functions and the E&E GCC lead
