Job summary

BRINK’S PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks a seasoned operations supervisor to oversee dispatch, monitoring, and security-related control center activities in the Philippines.

You will lead a small team, ensure adherence to SOPs, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage incidents and escalations. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in related fields and have 2–3 years in a supervisory role, plus 3–5 years in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Security Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, monitoring, dispatch, logistics, security, or control center operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in ATM Operations, Cash-in-Transit (CIT), fleet monitoring, dispatch coordination, or security operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational monitoring/reporting systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, security protocols, incident escalation, and operational controls.
