You will assist in cargo arrival, tracking, and problem resolution to minimize delays and discrepancies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cargo Management: Assist in handling the arrival, movement, and delivery of cargo by air, sea, and land.
• Documentation: Prepare, check, and file shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
• System Tracking: Monitor cargo status and update internal systems for real-time shipment visibility.
• Field Operations: Monitor vessel discharging, barge operations, and container stuffing/staging.
• Issue Resolution: Support logistics staff by addressing delays, cargo discrepancies, or damages promptly.
