What You’ll Do

Support Operations

• Help monitor and organize operational requests, tasks, and issues.

• Assist in investigating problems by gathering information and coordinating with the appropriate teams.

• Track open items, follow-ups, and priorities.

• Help maintain documentation for processes, issues, and resolutions.

Work With Data

• Use SQL to retrieve and review data for investigations and reporting.

• Assist with data quality checks and identify trends or recurring issues.

• Prepare reports, summaries, or dashboards as needed.

• Use Excel or other data tools to organize and analyze information.

Coordinate With Teams

• Communicate updates clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Help coordinate tasks and follow-ups across different teams.

• Participate in team meetings, check-ins, and operational activities.

• Work collaboratively to help resolve issues and keep activities moving forward.

Improve Processes

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and make day-to-day work more efficient.

• Help document existing processes and suggest improvements.

• Learn about technology, data, insurance operations, and delivery practices.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar task management, documentation, or collaboration tools.

• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, or similar technologies.

• Experience with reporting, data analysis, or data quality activities.

• Exposure to insurance, Insurtech, financial services, or technology-related environments.

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, Operations, or a related field.
