Responsibilities

• Asset Management: Maintain and reconcile asset inventory.
• Supplies Management: Receive, release, and replenish office supplies.
• Telecommunications: Coordinate with providers on network and telecom concerns.
• Scrap and B.O. Disposal: Coordinate scrap and B.O. disposal activities, including pickup schedules.
• Third-Party Coordination: Liaise with government agencies, landlords, suppliers, and contractors for permits, inspections, repairs, compliance.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance: Monitor cleanliness and maintenance, supervise messengers and document delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit asset, supplies, scrap, and inventory reports.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
