Asalus Corporation (IntelliCare) is seeking an Operational Risk Management Supervisor to oversee risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation across the organization. The role ensures effective risk management practices, internal controls, and governance to protect the company from financial loss, regulatory breaches, disruptions, and reputational damage.

The candidate will lead RCSA activities, manage incident reporting, coordinate insurance programs, and drive the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Accounting, or any Business course.
• Minimum of two years of experience in risk management; certification is an advantage.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to identify root causes and assess risks effectively.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and makes sound decisions.
• Works independently and takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities, perform risk assessments and reassessments, and monitor remediation plans to ensure timely risk management compliance.
• Lead operational incident management activities, including root cause analysis, incident review, action plan monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage corporate insurance programs by coordinating policy renewals, monitoring coverage and compliance requirements, and ensuring adequate protection against company risks and exposures.
• Lead business continuity management activities, including risk assessments, plan reviews, training and awareness programs, and monitoring of mitigation actions to ensure organizational resilience and preparedness.
• Monitor and ensure operational resilience by coordinating BCP-related information and monitoring compliance of business units across IntelliCare Group.
