Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Group Operational Risk Management (ORM) team. The role focuses on implementing an AI-driven Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) to strengthen operational risks and controls reviews.

You will coordinate meetings, gather requirements, support UAT, assist with change management, document artefacts, track milestones and budgets, and help with data preparation for migration while staying aware of

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience, preferably in insurance/financial sector or Big 4.
• Strong project management, including system/UAT testing, QA, stakeholder tracking, and milestone management.
• Proactive team player able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, responsible with good written and oral communication; able to prepare flowcharts.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Prior AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders for the project.
• Liaise with ORM team members for requirements gathering and finalising business requirements.
• Assist in planning and performing UAT for AI use cases; prepare test cases and document results.
• Support change management for business users during AI solution implementation.
• Prepare and maintain key artefacts and documents for the project.
• Track project activities, milestones, budget and risks; flag delays or overruns.
• Assist with post-implementation data preparation for data migration.
• Prepare training materials and user guides on updated RCSA processes.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and stay updated on regulatory trends and AI risks.
