Asalus Corporation (IntelliCare) is seeking an Operational Risk Management Supervisor to oversee risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation across the organization. The role ensures effective risk management practices, internal controls, and governance to protect the company from financial loss, regulatory breaches, disruptions, and reputational damage.

The Operational Risk Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of operational risks across the organization. The role ensures that effective risk management practices, internal controls, and governance processes are implemented to protect the organization from financial loss, regulatory breaches, operational disruptions, and reputational damage. The position supports management in fostering a strong risk-aware culture and maintaining compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities, perform risk assessments and reassessments, and monitor remediation plans to ensure timely risk management compliance.
Lead operational incident management activities, including root cause analysis, incident review, action plan monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
Manage corporate insurance programs by coordinating policy renewals, monitoring coverage and compliance requirements, and ensuring adequate protection against company risks and exposures.
Lead business continuity management activities, including risk assessments, plan reviews, training and awareness programs, and monitoring of mitigation actions to ensure organizational resilience and preparedness.
Monitor and assess events or situations that may impact business operations, providing timely recommendations, advisories, and updates to support business continuity efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for business continuity concerns, maintain communication during disruptions, and support audit, client, and compliance requirements by ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, or any Business course.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in risk management. With risk management certification has an advantage.
