Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Risk Operations Manager in Metro Manila to lead implementation and compliance with the operational risk framework, policies, and procedures across the business, monitor control effectiveness, and escalate incidents for quarterly Risk Committee reporting.

You will drive RCSA, maintain the risk and control library, conduct assurance reviews, oversee incident management, and support training to strengthen risk culture across first-line teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, accountancy, industrial engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as ORM, FRM or related risk certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks and operational risk management practices.
• Experience with RCSA, issues & incidents management, and risk mapping.
• Excellent report writing and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, monitoring, and upkeep of operational risk policies across functions.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for quarterly Risk Committee and senior management.
• Lead risk identification activities, including RCSA and control assessments.
• Manage incidents and remediation, ensuring timely closure and documentation.
• Promote risk awareness and training to strengthen risk culture.
