Job summary

PM Consulting in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking an Operational Excellence Officer (Procurement) to strengthen procurement processes through policy development, process improvement, and performance monitoring in a hybrid setup. You will drive spend governance, standardize maverick spend, and develop dashboards to track compliance and performance, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics and 3–5 years of project management experience

• 3–5 years of experience in project management and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement policies, processes, and systems.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency through better controls, people, and technology.
