• Collect, organize, and maintain customer-related operational information and documentation in accordance with established procedures and Operations Center system requirements
• Perform timely data entry, updating, and basic verification of operational records in relevant systems and databases
• Maintain records related to network faults, service interruptions, restoration activities, cutovers, and Hotline services
• Assist in consolidating and organizing historical, current, and newly generated operational data to support system implementation and ongoing data management
• Conduct routine data checks and coordinate with relevant teams to clarify or update missing, inconsistent, or duplicate information
• Maintain proper electronic and/or physical filing of operational documents and prepare basic data summaries, lists, and reports as required
• Provide documentation and administrative support to the Operations Center and perform other reasonable and relevant duties related to documentation and data administration as assigned by the supervisor.
