Job summary
Transcom Pasig is seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Supervisor to lead BI reporting for North America and Asia regions. The role involves designing dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions, and collaborating with Operations, Client Service Delivery, and Business Support teams.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of enterprise-scale reporting experience, strong data warehousing and modelling knowledge, and familiarity with SAP Business Objects.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent
- BI Certification desirable
- 2+ years developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports/dashboards
- Extensive experience with data warehouse implementations and data modelling
- Knowledgeable in SAP Business Objects and/or similar platform
- Knowledge of call center operations helpful
- Strong analytical and communication abilities required
Responsibilities
- Design standard reports and dashboards to provide timely data and insights for business decisions.
- Review and refresh the report suite to stay current.
- Collaborate with BI Production to deliver reports with clear instructions and training.
- Register reports in the master list and maintain inventory.
- Perform semi-annual cleanup of reports and update the master list.
- Provide weekly/monthly status on dashboard/report development projects.
- Offer frontline support for BI and reporting needs of assigned accounts.
- Liaise with BI Production to address client report issues and enhancements.
