Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions is hiring a Client Success Manager to join its internal team onsite for the night shift in the Philippines. You will build strong client and staff relationships, coordinate account support, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to grow our business.

This role offers a salary range of PHP 30,000 to PHP 50,000 on-site with a night schedule (7PM–5AM PHT) Tuesday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
• Maintain regular contact with staff assigned to accounts and support day-to-day concerns.
• Act as a bridge between clients and staff, advocating for both.
• Prepare and deliver accurate end-of-month reports to clients.
• Work toward a monthly target of closing 3 new seats and identify growth opportunities.
• Keep HubSpot CRM updated and submit end-of-day reports.
• Escalate concerns to the appropriate person and follow through.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 50,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Tuesday to Friday (7PM - 5AM PHT)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.

• Maintain regular contact with staff assigned to your accounts and support their day-to-day concerns.

• Act as a fair and professional bridge between clients and staff, advocating appropriately for both.

• Prepare and deliver accurate end-of-month reports to clients.

• Work toward a monthly target of closing 3 new seats and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• Keep HubSpot CRM updated and submit accurate end-of-day reports.

• Escalate client and staff concerns to the appropriate person when needed and follow through on each concern.

Requirements

• Comfortable working independently on the night shift, from 7PM - 5AM PHT.

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar client-facing role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills, ownership, and follow-through.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without constant supervision.

• A professional, level-headed approach to sensitive situations and escalating concerns.

• Experience handling or leading a team is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar platforms is preferred.
