Job Title

Operation Excellence Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and support continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain
• Assist in implementing and sustaining process improvements, including appropriate documentation, measurement, and change adoption.
• Support Functional Projects: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures, and actively track progress to completion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to align objectives, share best practices, and ensure effective implementation of initiatives
• Change Enablement: Contribute to change management activities to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and tools
• Support the development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives for Operations Excellence programs, capabilities, and key projects.
• Develop engaging presentations, communications, and campaign materials that translate Operations Excellence initiatives into clear and compelling messages for different stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, marketing/communications, process improvement, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate or manage cross-functional projects and drive actions to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decisions
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
