About the role

The Operations Data Specialist is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to support business planning, operational excellence, and management decision-making. The role prepares operational reports, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), develops dashboards, identifies trends, and recommends data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. In addition to analytical responsibilities, the position actively supports day-to-day operations by coordinating and monitoring compliance with operational standards. The role also participates in operational improvement initiatives and conducts scheduled ocular visits with the Property Enrollment Specialist to inspect units, facilitate enrollment, and verify the availability and completeness of standard inventory items prior to activation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze operational data from various sources.

• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization reports.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with established operational standards and procedures.

• Conduct scheduled ocular visits with the Property Enrollment Specialist to inspect units for enrollment.
