Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe in Parañaque is seeking a Warehouse Planner to forecast demand, plan warehouse activities, and ensure efficient storage, replenishment, and dispatch to support supply chain needs. You will monitor inventory movement, optimize space, implement FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics to maintain accurate reports.

This on-site role requires 1–3 years of warehouse operations experience and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related.
• 1–3 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory planning, or logistics planning.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot, reporting, monitoring).
• Experience in WMS / ERP system is an advantage.
• 6 days a week, Onsite.
• Willing to be assigned in our Head Office at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand based on market data, stores order trends, and historical performance.
• Track stock levels of store furniture and decor items as Warehouse Planner of Visual Display Department.
• Prepare receiving, storage, and multi-store dispatch schedules.
• Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and storage allocation.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory monitoring and planning reports.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO / FEFO standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
