Job summary

Marygracecafe is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our Manila head office. You will ensure high-volume receiving, storage, and dispatch schedules while maintaining FIFO/FEFO standards and accurate inventory reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Procurement, Production, and Logistics, optimizing space, and driving process improvements. 48-hour weekly schedule, onsite in Paranaque City; 15–30 staff supervision required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related.
• 1–3 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory planning, or logistics planning.
• Experience supervising 15-30 staff in multi-shift operations.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• 48 hrs per week, shifting schedule, onsite.
• Will be assigned to our Head Office at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.
