Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking an onsite Warehouse Associate to ensure proper warehousing procedures, maintain stock levels, and manage receiving, storage, and issuance of materials. You will perform cycle counts, update ERP records, and prepare reports to support real-time inventory control.

Responsibilities include coordinating unload/load, safeguarding inventory, and maintaining stock accuracy while adhering to EHS practices and site safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in warehousing or similar operations.
• Familiar with ERP systems and barcode processes.
• Knowledge of cycle counts and inventory control.
• Onsite work in a manufacturing/industrial park in the Philippines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control.
• Maintain adequate stock levels.
• Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials; verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform inventory counts and update ERP stock records.
• Issue parts and materials against Work Orders.
• Ensure proper rotation, storage and issuance of materials/components.
• Coordinate unloading/loading of materials and shipments.
• Assist in handling chemical products and raw materials.
• Prepare receiving reports and encode transactions in real time.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections for security and condition of stored materials.
• Safeguard inventory against damage and pilferage.
