Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a Stores/Shipping/Receiving Technician to manage receiving, safe storage and issuance of materials from suppliers or to customers, including ERP bookings and cycle counts.

The role requires adherence to good warehousing procedures, maintaining stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and ensuring secure handling of materials, all in an onsite setting at First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City.

Qualifications

• Vocational or 2-year college with warehousing focus.
• 1–4 years warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and barcode processes.
• Forklift operation NCII license a plus.
• Able to perform inventory cycle counts.
• Onsite role in Tanauan, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue materials from/to suppliers or customers.
• Perform ERP bookings and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate stock records and stock cards.
• Ensure proper rotation and storage of materials/components.
• Coordinate unloading/loading of materials for shipment.
• Uphold warehouse safety and security standards.
