Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational course or 2 years college or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, stockroom).
• Knowledge of cycle count.
• Forklift operation experience with NCII is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP system and barcode processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue items from/to supplier or customers with physical counts and ERP entries.
• Perform multiple warehouse tasks and ERP bookings; conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate stock records; ensure proper storage and rotation of materials.
• Support loading/unloading and packaging of goods for shipment.
• Coordinate with purchasing on returns or replacements of defective deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness; report hazards and discrepancies.
