Job summary

MSI Viking is seeking a Calibration Technician to work on-site at a customer facility in Aurora, Ohio, focusing primarily on torque calibration with some electronic and electrical calibration responsibilities. The role requires adherence to A2LA/ISO 17025 and strong attention to documentation.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of calibration experience, be comfortable working independently on-site, and possess excellent math, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years calibration experience preferred.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow calibration procedures and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate torque equipment and related devices.
• Perform electronic/electrical calibration.
• Update tracking software and maintain calibration records.
• Generate calibration certificates and records for customers.
• Work onsite at a customer facility in Aurora, OH and liaise with the customer team.
