Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer for an onsite role in Cebu City. You will develop, edit, and maintain clear technical documentation and internal content while following standards and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong technical writing skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in any field. Preferred but not required: CS/IT/Communication/Language-related fields or Education.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; writing or technical writing experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Highly competent in written and spoken American English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Suite tools, and screen capture tools.
• Ability to understand technical information and present it clearly and concisely.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Office-based environment and ability to start with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Write user manuals, release notes, scripts, newsletters, posters, and other internal documents.
• Develop scripts and content for interactive training materials and internal communications.
• Research product information and coordinate with subject matter experts for accuracy.
• Test software features to determine effective instructions.
• Ensure drafts comply with guidelines and editorial standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet documentation deadlines.
